We kindly request that all cancellations are made via email (info@italywithclass.com).

In the event of a cancellation, we will issue you with a cancellation confirmation email as soon as possible. Please note, however, that until you receive this confirmation email, your booking is still considered active.

Tickets are non-refundable once booked.

Should your services exceed the amount of hours you have already paid for, we will require authorization to charge the outstanding amount.

During 2022 we gladly covered all banking fees for our beloved clients. However, due to current global circumstances, we will be unable to continue wavering this 3% fee in 2023.
