We kindly request that all cancellations be made in writing via email to [email protected].

In the event of a cancellation, we will send you a cancellation confirmation email as soon as possible. Please note that your booking will remain active until you have received this confirmation email.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is due at the time of confirmation.

The remaining balance becomes non-refundable 45 days prior to the scheduled service date.

Tickets, entrance fees, and any other non-refundable third-party costs are non-refundable once booked.

Should your services exceed the number of hours already paid for, we will require authorization to charge the outstanding amount.

Please note that any applicable banking or transaction fees, including the 3% processing fee, are the responsibility of the client and are non-refundable.
